Effective Communication Programme

This Effective Communication programme can offer notable improvements to professional organisations, management and team structures, as well as to individuals. Two forms of programme are available, one for managers and one for staff.

Through these programmes you will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to understand, lead, manage and communicate effectively, and be part of creating a dynamic, progressive, yet orderly organisation.   • Management Skills: Consultation skills, giving & receiving feedback, communicating with openness & sensitivity, inspiring commitment.

The programme provides a forum to explore the Chaordic Communication principles of chaos and order.

Participants benefit greatly by learning to make use of the conflict and creativity, chaos and order, that are present in their working relationships. Individuals are transformed into interdependent beings who co-create a dynamic and progressive, yet orderly organisation.
