Our change management seminars and workshops help people within an organisation prepare for and work successfully through major change.

As change facilitators, Kilpan & Associates work with management teams and individuals to create and implement effective and winning change strategies which are tailored to meet each client’s requirements.

Participants in our change management seminars and workshops will gain an understanding of the change process and their role in it, whether they’re initiating the change, managing the implementation, or at any level of the organisation. We teach valuable skills for handling the vast array of challenges that arise, because we realise it takes understanding, skill, and thoughtful planning to initiate and implement change within organisation.

Goals

Together we can identify and the areas of change necessary for your organisation to:

• carry out an organisational needs analysis so that training is directly targeted where it is needed
• train and coach selected staff to work as facilitators within the organisation during the change process
• develop and coach team leaders and management to lead existing work teams, so that the full potential of each employee is realised
• create specific teams to target areas strategic planning, which will give the organisation the most benefits for the least effort
• assess and improve the communication processes to ensure the changes to be implemented will be clearly understood and work carried out effectively.
