Linda currently works with adults in the following areas: depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, stress management, change and relationship issues.

Her practice utilises a range of evidence-based theoretical models that are practical, problem solving therapies. The therapy utilised is matched to the client’s needs, and often includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, and other evidence based treatments. Sessions are often short-term (approx 6 to 10 sessions). Linda’s particular focus is on identifying and nurturing her client’s own strengths and self-worth, and in assisting the client to achieve balance in their relationships with others, work, interests, and goals.
